Day 15

Day 15 that's me back on track eating healthy food smashing the reps out
Making me feel so much better in the mind and body

Day 14

Day 14 skipping nearly killed me but actually felt a bit better afterwards
Struggling with the food today

Day 13

Couldn't do the exercises today as come down with a flu bug
Still eating healthy just not as much

Day 12 went sking and my legs were feeling stronger all day
Exercises were a bit tough later on

Day 11 feeling a lot more energy when I get up.Body feels in tune

Think ave put every vegetable known to man in my chicken and pasta meal tonight
Good workout this evening can feel muscles have worked

Day 9 exercises were a bit hard today.Was getting frustrated with my skipping.Got to realise sometimes it will flow other times not
