Day 15

Day 15 that's me back on track eating healthy food smashing the reps out
Making me feel so much better in the mind and body

Day 14

Day 14 skipping nearly killed me but actually felt a bit better afterwards
Struggling with the food today

Day 13

Couldn't do the exercises today as come down with a flu bug
Still eating healthy just not as much

Day 12 went sking and my legs were feeling stronger all day
Exercises were a bit tough later on

Day 9

Day 9 exercises were a bit hard today.Was getting frustrated with my skipping.Got to realise sometimes it will flow other times not

Day 8

Day 8 exercises have been cranked up a notch.Felt like rocky doing the skipping in the snow.After the work out a cold shower some fruit feeling good

Day 8

So it begins!?
Breakfast of champions this morning which included eggs,veg,brown bread and red label milk.
Banana and tangerine for mid morning snack then cous cous with mackerel and veg for lunch.
Going to start the new exercise prog this afternoon with fruit snack afterwards of 3 tangerines then salmon and brown pasta with veg for dinner.
Then a apple for late night snack

Wow! Just organised my food for the first day of the diet.Think I'll eat that every Monday to try and make it more organised and easier.Then the same for Tuesday and so on.Will probably find lunch the hardest to prepare

Day 7

Day 7 exercise was 500 skipping ropes
I can get to around 100ish before I trip up.
Now getting organised for the second week were it really begins

Day 6

Day 6 exercise was a lot easier as felt a bit looser and stretched off.Trying to eat less which am finding hard

Day 5

Day 5 exercise wasn't bad when I got started as I was a bit sore for Day 4.Afterwards when I was done I was so ready for more!!

Day 4

Day 4 bit tired from work but once you start you realise your body can handle and its just your head talking shite
Interesting email from Kev about skipping and fat burning.Slow and steady is the key

Day 3

Day 3  Exercises done.Not too bad so far.Love the skipping!!! Find myself sneaking a few extra skips into the reps.Would like to get really consistent and build up a nice rhythm.
Finding the half portions a bit difficult as my work is quite labour intense.So trying to eat healthy no fat foods.
